Hope Circle Domestic Violence Support Group Workshop
Our workshop will explain the different types of abuse, warning signs, safety planning, how to establish boundaries, and activities that help with healing and empowerment.
The Support Group will be held via Zoom, every Thursday at 10:00am. Starting April 8, 2021.

This workshop will explain the different types of abuse that survivors have experienced and will help current survivors become more aware of warning signs. We use common tools such as the power and control wheel and provide helpful tips for safety planning. Even if you are not a survivor these tools can be helpful to be aware of!
Establishing Boundaries
This workshop will provide you with information on how to establish boundaries and to maintain a healthy relationship. Not only will it talk about boundaries for your relationship it will help you learn to establish them within yourself. You will become more aware of things that you will allow and not allow.
New Beginnings
This workshop is designed for all who have been through trauma or a recent crisis and need a new start to their next chapter of life. It will push you to reopen some wounds, but provide you with helpful tools to start over and become a stronger version of yourself.
Centering yourself
Centering yourself is a very important part of the healing process and this workshop will help you with your mental health to overcome your battles. It’s designed to be empowering and to bring you back to your center and your purpose.
Creating your own Journey
This is your new journey and we want to help you set new goals and tools to use during this process. We will give you helpful tips to use in all aspects of your life hausarbeit ghostwriter. We hope to keep you engaged and motivated in this workshop for creating your new journey.

We encourage everyone to participate in this class, self care is something that gets forgotten and we want to remind you to make time for it!
